Younique Business Opportunity
For those of you interested in the Younique Products business opportunity, you’ll be happy to know that this business is simple and straight forward if you are willing to put in the work. Nothing worthwhile is free and neither is this opportunity. We aren't a gimmick. We are one of the fastest growing Direct Sales companies in the country. We now have close to 70K presenters worldwide. What does that mean? Well think about where the early presenters of Avon or Mary Kay are at now. (Sitting very comfortable)

Everything can be summed up to the following:

1. Enroll here and join the Younique Family for only $99.

2. Receive your kit in the mail.

3. Post your before/after photo(s) on Facebook (You’ll have people commenting and asking questions about the products you use – especially when they see your Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes). (Side note: If you have a blog, you could write a Younique 3D fiber lashes review and post your before and after photos there as well or find great articles that are useful to other presenters and customers.)

5. Host your own Virtual Facebook Party via your Younique website. (Yes, hosting parties is as easy as logging into Facebook, which makes working the Younique business opportunity much easier. How many other parties can you host while sitting on your couch in your pajamas? And who doesn’t love being in their pj’s?!) Hosting your own Younique party is easy and I’m here to help you any way that I can. I’m only a phone call or email away!

6. Tell others about Younique Products or business opportunity and send them to your own website, which is free to purchase products or become a Younique Presenter.

7. Help those who have questions and become your customer or joins the business with you.

8. Stay plugged into Younique product announcements, emails, contests, and giveaways.

At the moment Younique Products are available in the USA and Canada, New Zealand and Australia. However, we will be launching into the United Kingdom in October 2014.

So just because I’m a Younique Presenter in Dallas, Texas for example, I can both retail the products and have others join my team anywhere in the USA and abroad. That’s what is great about the Younique Products business opportunity. You can build a national and international business – without ever leaving your house!

The Many Benefits of the Younique Business Opportunity

Younique has contests and incentives for the Presenters as well as group giveaways for our team. This month Tracy (A presenter who started only this month) received the Crazy for Color Collection from me, worth over $149.

Crazy For Color

And because Younique Products is a direct sales company, there are many additional added benefits outside of the company. For example, our team is always sharing great books, beauty tips, ways to improve our lives, health, and so much more. The personal development side is a huge plus.

How You Are Paid As A Younique Products Presenter

Instant Retail Royalties

We believe you shouldn't have to wait for your commissions. If you make a sale, we think you deserve your money instantly! Once your commissions reach $50 we provide you your own Younique Debit Card. We've made it easy for you to spend your money - your way! You can receive, transfer, or spend your money with you making the decisions and controlling your earnings.

Younique Party Rewards And Going Viral

When you have a customer purchase one of the products (such as the 3D Fiber Lashes or the Younique lip gloss), you can offer to host a Facebook party for them.

They can take before/after photos (optional), post it on the page, and then refer whomever they want in their Facebook friends list to invite to their party. The party runs for 10 days.

Whenever their friends order products from your website, your customer receives points that they can use towards future orders (or even enough points for free products). You, in turn earn commissions from all of the sales that come in. Once those customers receive their product, you can offer to host a part for them so they can receive points, etc. You host a party for them and they generate customers for you. This process keeps going and going. People seeing the before and after photos using the 3D Fiber Lashes often generate a lot of positive comments on Facebook.

This does not include talking to people you know, talking to people locally, or doing any forms of marketing online or off. This is just a small preview of my Younique business opportunity review. I’m really excited about this business and looking forward to helping you build an extra income stream if you’re interested in doing so. If you are, please contact me and I’d be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Or if you are ready to join now, you can do so by going to my Younique Products website here.

Why Younique?

I am sure you have seen my posts about Younique on Facebook and if you are wondering why I chose Younique I will tell you. (Even if you aren't wondering, stick with me).

I chose Younique because the first time I tried the 3D Mascara and saw my lashes transform I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to order my own. I knew that if a product and company could get my stingy, let's say frugal self to pay $29 then it must be good. I also thought about my sister and mother-in-law who I thought this would look amazing on.

Now I am not going to say that money wasn't the determining factor in my decision to sell Younique. After all, I think these products are amazing and worth every penny but I do think money should be a factor in your decision. Whether it be a few hundred dollars or to be at the top of your company and making boogles of money.

I just wanted enough money to go to the movies or buy that cute shirt at H&M (love that store) and maybe enough to cover my kid's extra activities every month. What I have gotten is so much more. First, the money is good. Am I in the top bracket of our company? No not yet. And this is my first DS company so I am happy with where I am. Could I do better? Of course but I have learned to accept what God gives me and to enjoy rather than complain about things. Second, I have had the pleasure of hosting two fundraisers for two amazing children and let me just say that writing that donation check was the most gratifying feeling ever. It is so nice to be able to help some one in need. I couldn't really do that before but now I can donate products, hold a raffle, host a benefit and donate money to a cause. I love this. Lastly, as someone who is a stay-at-home mom it is a lonely job. I always tell people that being a SAHM is being the loneliest person who is never alone. It is hard and although I do get paid in kisses sometimes most of the time it is someone barking at me to fetch a sippy cup or change a diaper.

With Younique this is all mine. I can escape for a bit and post some pictures of me playing with all my makeup and my kids even have fun with it to sometimes. I love it. I genuinely love it. Being a Younique Presenter has given me a purpose, introduced me to some of the most impressive ladies I have ever met and most importantly it has given me my happy back.

I am happy. I like what I do and I like when a customer sends me pictures and tells me how much they love the products. I love designing new material and ads and having other presenters use them and say how good they are. It makes me feel important. I have wanted to feel important for a long time I just didn't know it. I wanted recognition for the things I do everyday and now I get it.

If you can relate to anything in my story, let's talk. I am looking for ladies who want to succeed and have fun and be recognized for doing great things. Don't we all?

Primed To Last

Makeup Primers do for your skin what lingerie does for your figure - they smooth, flatter, conceal and hold things in place, so that everything you put on top of them looks immediately better.

Whether you want to blur wrinkles, minimize the appearance of pores or to even skin tone, primers do this whilst creating the perfect, velvety base for foundation and bridging the gap between skincare and make-up.

If you've ever wondered how models have such glowing, flawless skin, the answer may be in their makeup primer. Because makeup primer has the unique ability to fill in fine lines and wrinkles, using primer as a layer between your skin and foundation provides the base necessary to create the appearance of perfect skin at any age [source: WebMD].

"Melt proof" is a common buzzword associated with primers, but there are several benefits to wearing a layer of priming gel besides just extending the life of your foundation. Primer can help prevent unsightly creases in eye shadow and streaks in foundation, it can control the appearance of shine, and it can prevent makeup from flaking [source: WebMD].

Another benefit of using a makeup primer is it seals your pores. Makeup primer takes care of visible pores by sealing them and creating almost a blanket over them.

Non- Comedogenic means they won’t break your face out or irritate your skin. They also won’t clog pores at all for this reason, so don't worry if your skin is prone to clogged pores or acne.

Whatever the makeup brand you choose always start with a primer. Your face will thank you for it.

Getting gorgeous and staying safe from the sun with mineral make-up.

Did you know that not only is mineral make-up light on the skin, Titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide are the keys to the sun protection offered by such makeups. These inorganic, insoluble minerals are considered "physical sunscreens," and they work by reflecting the sun's ultraviolet radiation (UVR) away from the skin, as opposed to chemical/organic sunscreens, which absorb rather than reflect UVR.

What makes mineral makeup different from traditional makeup isn't the ingredients it contains but what’s left out.

For many leading brands, the list of left out ingredients includes preservatives, parabens, mineral oil, chemical dyes, and fragrance. Many dermatologists recommend mineral makeup based on the fact that these left out ingredients are possible skin irritants.

"I’m very bullish on mineral makeup," New York dermatologist Neal Schultz, MD says. "It’s much less likely to cause a reaction in women with sensitive skin. And because it doesn’t contain oil, it won’t aggravate acne-prone skin."

Chicago dermatologist Brooke Jackson, MD, who uses mineral makeup herself, recommends it to her patients with rosacea and eczema. She also suggests it to women with sensitive skin. "Women in their 30s and 40s will come in and say they have bathroom counters filled with products that have caused reactions because of one ingredient or another," Jackson says. "When they try mineral products, many are finally able to wear makeup for the first time in their lives."

Skin Care Benefits
Mineral makeup won’t replace of your moisturizer, acne cream, or anti-aging serum potions. But it does offer some skin care benefits.

"Since mineral makeup contains a higher percentage of zinc oxide than traditional makeup, it can be useful in calming irritated skin."

"No one product, including mineral foundation, is going to correct problems like large pores and uneven pigmentation," Herta says. "To address those concerns you need primer, concealer, and the right skin care regimen."

So now is the time to switch from conventional store bought makeup and start investing in your face. Treat your face right because it is the only one you have.

Body odor is an unpleasant smell, which normally occurs once an individual attains puberty. This condition is medically termed as bromhidrosis, osmidrosis, malodorous sweating, fetid sweat, ozocrotia or body smell.
Underarm odor can occur due to many reasons and thankfully there are many remedies for treating this problem. Doctors say that underarm odor mainly occurs when some specific types of bacteria residing in the sweat glands of the armpits start growing.

The Cheap Come Out Expensive

I am sure everyone has heard the term "The Cheap Come Out Expensive". Now I used to scoff at that term because I loved finding a bargain and relishing in how little it cost me. To me spending money on name brand make-up and skin care was absurd. I mean what was wrong with going down to the super store and picking up the $4.99 face cream. It cleaned my make-up off and that is still the most important thing you should remember to do each night. Wash your face. Even if you don't wear make-up that day remember to wash your face and apply cream. This advice was given to me by my mom who is on the left and my grandmother, who by the way is in her 90's, and they both have very nice skin.

Well now that I have turned 40 everything has changed. I need glasses to help me read, a hairdresser to remove my stubborn gray, and beauty products that are made with high quality ingredients to ward off aging skin. I realized that the products that cost a little more last longer and really do a better job of hydrating the skin and giving your make-up a youthful look.  If a product if very cheap but doesn't work, and doesn't make tyou feel great, then it's not a value -- no matter what the price. Also remember that concentrated ingredients only need a little of it to work and therefore means a little will go a long way and that means money saved in the long run. And lastly, the better your skin looks the less foundation, powder, etc. that you will need to use!

So what are the differences? Seriously -- how different can one lipstick be from another? Here are some of the factors that come into play:

Pigments vs fillers: When it comes to makeup, the top brands usually have the best ratio of color pigment compared to filler material (such as talc). This generally means a more intense, long-lasting color.

Ingredient quality: Just like there are different grades of everything from gasoline to steaks, all cosmetic ingredients are not equal. In addition, organic, natural, imported and rare ingredients will bump up that price point. Same goes for the occasional real scientific formulation.

Smoothness: How finely-ground is your eye shadow or face powder? The more milled the ingredients, the more smooth and silky they will tend to be. Smaller particles also adhere better to the skin.

So when you have to save do it elsewhere than your beauty regime and your face will thank you for it. Because in the end the cheap come out expensive - meaning if you don't take care of your skin now it will haunt you in later years.

What's In Your Mascara?

It May Shock You.

By Anna Sides

In today's age everyone wants to be healthier and of course go green.
We buy organic vegetables,
comb over every label in the grocery store and stay clear of anything we deem artificial. So it makes me wonder why we aren't more diligent on the products we use on our face and near our eyes.
Have you ever read the ingredients that go into your make-up. When I started doing my research I was shocked at what I was putting near and in my eyes such as store bought mascara. And it isn't just the cheaper brands you find in the super stores or grocery stores. Coveted high end store make-up also contained these potentially dangerous products. Mascara has to be one of the most important, can't live without products in my make-up bag. Even if I am just going to the grocery store I will not leave without my eyes being done. Now I am one of those women who doesn't leave the house without looking done up. Call me crazy, southern, girly, whatever but I like to look nice and putting make-up on makes ME feel good about myself. I love make-up. I love how it can change an outfit or a mood and make you feel like a million dollars without a dime in the bank.

But, you’ll often hear women say, my (boyfriend/husband/partner/whoever) says that I look prettier without makeup! Well, it's true that when you poll men about their makeup preferences, as many as one in five says their significant other wears way too much makeup, while one in ten wishes that women didn't wear makeup at all. There is no doubt that a good portion of men will gladly say women look prettier without it.
While that's certainly a nice sentiment, their actions speak louder than their words. Study after study has found that when shown pictures of women with and without makeup, men (and women!) consistently rate images with makeup as more attractive, confident, feminine and healthy.
Makeup doesn’t just change how men view a woman’s looks. When asked about personality measures, men also give higher scores to women who wear makeup. Waitresses wearing makeup also earn higher tips from their male clientele. Studies have found that guys think those makeup-wearing gals have more prestigious jobs and are more intelligent, secure, interesting and organized! - according to "The Science of Makeup".

Ok now back to the program. As a go-to beauty staple to achieve fuller, longer looking lashes, commercial mascara brands often contain ingredients that are cheap to obtain and are harm for your health. The hazardous toxins found in American top brands such as Cover Girl, Maybelline New York, and Neutrogena, among many others, can get into your skin and lead to a variety of health problems.

Parabens
These preservatives in cosmetics are used in mainstream beauty products to prevent bacteria from growing in mascara. The hygienic preservatives have been linked to mimic or disrupt estrogen in the body, also known as an endocrine disrupter, says the Breast Cancer Fund. High concentrations of parabens have been found in human breast tumors by Dr. Philippa Darbre, a research scientist at the University of Reading in the UK. In a study that mimics Dr. Darbre’s original 2004 study, Darbre and her research team found one or more types of parabens in 99% of the tissue samples, and all five were measurable in 60% of the samples. Parabens found in foods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics are getting into the breast at high rates.
Mascaras With Parabens: L’Oreal, Cover Girl, Avon, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Maybelline, Neutrogena, Revlon, Chanel, Lancome

Aluminum Powder
This metallic substance is used as a cosmetic colorant and is a neurotoxin, rated as a high concern by the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG’s) Skin Deep Cosmetics Database. This neurotoxin is considered to be far worse than mercury because it has been linked to interfere with a variety of cellular and metabolic processes in the nervous system and other tissues, says a study published in the journal of Pediatrics. If there is long-term exposure of aluminum powder, it can impair the body’s ability to excrete mercury and as a result, can make whatever amount of mercury that is in your system more toxic.
Mascaras With Aluminum Powder: Cover Girl and Estee Lauder

Retinyl Acetate (Vitamin A Acetate)
This harmful mascara ingredient is ranked as a high concern by the EWG because it can cause biochemical or cellular level changes. Retinyl acetate can produce excess reactive oxygen species that interfere with cellular signaling and can even cause mutations in your genes. While there is restricted use in cosmetics where beauty companies must meet recommendations or requirements in the U.S., the use of this toxic ingredient is prohibited and restricted in Canadian cosmetics.
Mascaras With Retinyl Acetate: Elizabeth Arden, Almay and Revlon

Our products are safe and the fibers are 100% natural from Green Tea. Below is a list of ingredients that describe what they are and why they are in our products.

Transplanting Gel Ingredients: Water, Beeswax (Natural Propolis), Carnauba (Brazilian palm glue), Iron Oxide Cl 77499 (Black), Collagen, Acrylates Copolymer, Nylon, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol.
Natural Fibers Ingredients: 100% Natural Fibers taken from Green Tea.

Collagen is a type of protein that works with elastin to give skin its texture, structure, and appearance. It contains antioxidants, and may help add volume and shine to the appearance of eyelashes.
Water (Aqua) is the liquid of life! Hydrates and cleanses the skin, and works as a natural spreading component, helping to distribute other ingredients evenly over the skin.
Beeswax (Natural Propolis) is a brownish, resinous material collected by bees and believed to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Carnauba (Brazilian Palm Glue) is extracted and refined through a pressing and crushing process that turns the palm glue into an oil, creating the sticky nature of the transplanting gel. It is also believed to act as a natural preservative.
Iron Oxide Cl 77499 (Black) is a technical name for Black Iron Oxide. This naturally-occurring mineral acts a colorant, giving the gel its striking black color.
Acrylates Copolymer is an adhesive and binder, as well as a suspending agent.
Nylon is a powder substance that is used as an absorbent and thickening agent.
Stearic Acid (also known as Palmitic Acid) is an organic nutrient derived from palm trees that is often used to soothe and soften the skin.
Propylene Glycol is a humidifying and delivery ingredient.

And if all natural and safe are still not reason enough how about going from ok lashes to WOW lashes.
